Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 1 lot Mashed potato


  • 1 bowl diced cheddar


  • 1 bowl plain flour


  • 1 egg


  • 1 bowl breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Make mashed potato and leave to cool
  • Make small balls of mash potato around the Cheddar cubes
  • Roll the balls in flour
  • Then roll them in egg
  • Then roll them in breadcrumbs
  • Deep fry @ 180celcius until breadcrumbs are golden brown
  • *Suitable for freezing*
